During the study, 19 individuals with hyperglycemia were monitored.

They agreed to consume the mixture of apple cider vinegar with water and honey. 

Their complete lipid panel was monitored periodically.

After eight weeks, researchers recorded significant reductions in harmful blood lipids in all volunteers and, even better, a significant increase in good cholesterol.

Following the study, researchers concluded that apple cider vinegar consumption can reduce LDL, triglyceride, and cholesterol levels in patients with hyperlipidemia. 

Here is the recipe suggested by the researchers.

Apple Cider Vinegar with Water and Honey

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 liters of filtered water
  • 0.5 liters of apple cider vinegar (organic is preferable)
  • 3 tablespoons of natural honey

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a bottle, store in the refrigerator, and let it steep for five days. 

Consume 50 ml before breakfast and 50 ml before bedtime. 

According to the researchers, your cholesterol and triglyceride levels will significantly decrease within eight weeks.
