Captain: The Dog Who Never Left His Master.

For six years, a dog named Captain slept every single night on his owner’s grave.

Miguel Guzmán, his owner, passed away in 2006. Shortly after the funeral, Captain disappeared, leaving the family deeply worried. They searched everywhere, hung up flyers, asked neighbors and friends — but no one had seen him.

One week later, visitors at the cemetery noticed something touching: a dog lying quietly on one of the graves. It was Captain — silent, as if he knew exactly where his beloved owner had been buried. They informed the groundskeeper, who quickly contacted cemetery management. They, in turn, reached out to Miguel’s family, who came to take him home.

Captain returned with them, but didn’t stay long. Every night, he would cry and scratch at the door, desperate to leave. By morning, he would return exhausted, always at the same time.

The family, puzzled, decided to follow him — and then they understood. Captain was walking about five kilometers every night to the cemetery, returning to Miguel’s grave. He would lie next to the headstone and spend the entire night there, as if guarding his best friend.

Touched by his loyalty, the cemetery staff started leaving the gates open until exactly 6 p.m. each evening so that Captain could enter. For seven years, he faithfully repeated this ritual. He slept there, quietly, like a true guardian — until his final breath.

This is a real photo of Captain.

P.S.: If true love exists in this world… it’s this. ❤️🐾

🧠 Investment Funds: A Simple Solution (But Not Always the Most Profitable One)

Investment funds are products where you entrust your money to a manager who decides where to allocate it. There are fixed-income funds, multi-market, real estate, foreign currency, among others. They are great for those who don’t have the time or knowledge to build their own portfolio.

But be careful: just because a fund performed well in the past doesn’t mean it will in the future. Check the fees (management and performance), the manager’s track record, and — most importantly — whether the fund aligns with your investor profile (conservative, moderate, or aggressive).
